Michael Symon is truly one of the reasons that I am the type of chef that I am. Why do we have to be something that doesn't make us who we are, when we can be who we are by cooking the way we love. I love cooking my own way and yes some people don't like it but others love it so therefor I cook the way it makes me happy. When we move back to Ohio and I open my own place I will do all my own cooking and not how others tell me to do it. I applaud Michael Symon also for all he does for everyone, he makes people like me feel as if I have a chance to make it as a chef and he is my role model and one of the reasons i became a chef. And than there is you, I am not much of a writer and you have made me want to become a better writer. So thanks to you Adam for giving me the confidence to write. Also you are a wonderful father and give me confidence that I could be a good father. For all this I am so grateful to have you as such a good friend. To the point where I was dipping other sides in the fondue just because I could.
